This fee does not include the Department of Justice and or The Federal Bureau of Investigation fee which depends on the application or license being submitted. What happens after I get fingerprinted? After an individual is fingerprinted through U.S. Live Scan, Inc we download the prints and your information to The Department of Justice and or The Federal Bureau of Investigation. They review the information and after completed they send out the background information to the requesting agency which normally takes 72 hours. What do I need in order to get fingerprinted? The applicant must bring the Request for Live Scan Service Form given to them by their agency or employer, a valid I.D.(Drivers License, Identification Card, Passport, Military I.D., Resident Card). Does U.S. Live Scan do accounts? Yes, U.S. Live Scan, Inc accepts all accounts. Call the main office for information (626)-967- 0473. What if my employer does not have any forms? Call U.S. Live Scan, Inc at (626)967 0473 and we will assist you in getting the correct form and information. What if I need to do live scan fingerprinting and we do not have an ORI code or account with The Department of Justice?
