U.S. Live Scan, Inc now offers translation services from English to Spanish and Spanish to
English. We are Certified by the State of California to translate documents. We specialize in
Transcripts, Birth Certificates, Immigration Documents, Divorce Papers, Adoptions,
Contracts, Legal Material, Medical Terminology, Industrial and Commercial Documents,
Patents, and Technical Documents.

U.S. Live Scan, Inc has the ability to certify the document being translated. Our translations
are viewed by two different translators to insure best quality and customer satisfaction.
When we translate a document we use The Real Academia De La Lengua Espanola
version which is internationally accepted. U.S. Live Scan, Inc charges $20.00 per page but
varies depending on font used and also how much and what we are translating.

NOTARY SERVICES

U.S. Live Scan, Inc offers Notary Services for the public. Our Notaries are bilingual in
Spanish and certified and bonded through The State of California. We also offer a mobile
notary call for availability. Our notaries have over ten years experience and have the
knowledge needed to do the job right.

INCOME TAX AND BOOKKEEPING SERVICES

U.S. Live Scan, Inc. has added income tax and bookkeeping services. We have
over ten years experience in Payroll and Tax services. We are certified Income Tax
Preparers and are CTEC Certified and bonded in California.

Our goal is to provide accurate, reliable, and courteous service. Why go to locations
that only open for a couple of months when we are open 12 months a year. We
specialize in helping Contractors, Cosmetologists, Real Estate Agents, Gardeners,
and Professional Services. We have over 10 years experience in payroll and
income tax services.
