U.S. Live Scan, Inc now offers shredding services and hard drive destruction. Our bins are
sealed and never opened until time for destruction. We offer Certificates of Destruction and
guarantee 100% satisfaction.

• Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPPA) set rules to protect the privacy of
health information.
• The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act restricts all financial institutions on use of their customer

• CA vs. Greenwood: The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that “Dumpster Diving” is not illegal.

SHREDDING SERVICES
We charge $5.00 for a bin that measures 161/2 Length by 131/2 Wide by 101/2 Diameter.
The diameter is the same as a box of paper that you get at any office supply store.
If you have bulk shredding, depending on size we can give you a discount on shredding.
The price for the bin is the same if completely filled or not. We offer a Certificate of
Destruction guaranteeing your paper was shredded correctly.

HARD DRIVE DESTRUCTION
We charge $25.00 per hard drive. We also offer a Certificate of Destruction for hard drive
destruction. This certificate guarantees that your hard drive was disposed of correctly.
